What we collect

The contact, enquiry, and product-registration forms collect the details you enter: name, email address, phone number, company, country, device details, and your message. You can browse the entire site without providing any personal data. Like virtually every website, our infrastructure additionally processes technical connection data: the web server keeps access logs including your IP address for security and troubleshooting, retained for a short period, and our content-delivery provider processes traffic in transit to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

Form submissions are stored in our customer-relationship system and used solely to respond to your enquiry or to manage your product registration and warranty, and are kept no longer than needed for that purpose. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing; it is disclosed only to service providers processing it on our behalf to operate this website. We do not send unsolicited communications.

Analytics and your consent

With your consent, we measure site usage with self-hosted, cookieless analytics. It stores no identifier on your device, sets no cookies, and does not track you across sites. The analytics script only loads after you choose "Accept" in the consent banner; if you decline, no usage data is collected. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage (a technically necessary setting, not a tracking cookie), and you can change it at any time via the "Privacy choices" link in the footer. This site sets no advertising or profiling cookies.
